Kristen Stewart vampy in black

Kristen Stewart was perfectly poised for the premiere of her new film On The Road at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The actress shined in a Avondjurken slinky black see-through Zuhair Murad couture dress, which was adorned with colourful sequinned flowers. The 22-year-old received cheers from the crowd as she emerged from a black Audi car for her much-anticipated red carpet appearance.

The stunning star slicked up her long brunette hair into a youthful pony tail and kept her eye make-up to a minimum so as to focus attention on her raspberry red lips. The svelte starlet accentuated her height and lean figure with a pair of killer Jimmy Choo pumps that were very much fitting with her vamp image.

This was Kristen's first public appearance since news broke about her affair with married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

However, the actress managed to keep her head held high and maintain composure in her striking slinky black dress as she posed for photos outside Toronto's Ryerson Trouwjurken nl Theatre.

In contrast to Kristen's vampy style her co-star Kirsten Dunst dressed in an ice pink prom dress for the premiere.

The 30-year-old blonde looked graceful and elegant in her pale pink coloured, sleeveless gown which had tiny beaded detailing over the bodice.

A diamond bigger than Earth?Reuters - Fri, Oct 12, 2012

LONDON (Reuters) - Forget the diamond as big as the Ritz. This one's bigger than planet Earth. Orbiting a star that is visible to the naked eye, astronomers have discovered a planet twice the size of our own made largely out of diamond. The rocky planet, called '55 Cancri e', orbits a sun-like star in the constellation of Cancer and is moving so fast that a year there lasts a mere 18 hours. .
