We going to introduce you about korean traditional cloth.
This is our country traditional cloth. It is called "Hanbok".
The beauty Trouwjurk Lange Mouw of Hanbok is the circular line. The circular line of Hanbok can enhance more an elagance as well as cover the defect of the physique. Especially, the color and patterns are beautiful. It has a variety of colors and designs. The Hanbok between male and female is a little different, that of female is divided by Jeogori, Durumaki, Chima, Jokki, Beosun, etc., and that of male is divided by Magoja, Baji, etc. Hanbok matches with small body Korean well.
* Jeogori - The jeogori makes up the upper part of the hanbok. Men jeogori is larger and simplistic while a
woman jeogori is rather short and characterized by curved lines and delicate decorations.
* Durumagi - The durumagi is a traditional overcoat worn on special occasions over the traditional jacket and pants.
* Chima - The chima is the women outer skirt. There are different kinds of chima: single-layered, double-layered, and quilted. Pul-chima refers to a chima with a separated back, whereas a tong-chima has a seamed back.
* Beoseon - The beoseon corresponds to a pair of contemporary socks. Although the shape of the beoseon does not reflect any difference in the gender of its users, men beoseon are characterized by a straight seam.
* Kkotsin - The kkotsin refers to silk shoes on which flower patterns are embroidered. They play an important role in completing the graceful line of the lower rim of the chima.
* Otgoreum (Cloth Strings) - The otgoreum is a women ornamental piece, which hangs vertically across the front of the chima (women skirt).
* Baji - Baji Cocktailjurken 2012 refers to the lower part of the men hanbok. Compared to western style pants, it does not fit tightly. The roomy nature of the cloth is due to a design aimed at making the cloth ideal for sitting on the floor.
Korean ancestors had always worn the dress. Nowadays, we can see people wear Hanbok on special days. For example, people wear Hankbok on Chooseok-Korean Thanksgiving day or New Year day. Also, new married couples in Hanbok bow to their parents and parents-in-law in Pyebaek-Korean traditional wedding ceremony. We are proud of it and love our beautiful traditional dress.
